Terms & Conditions:

The competition is held by The Tav Sports Bar (ABN: 92 630 637 008) at 27 Bond Place, Pegs Creek WA 6714 in conjunction with Bottlemart Karratha and Warlu Way Services

Promotional Period:
Start Date: 1 August, 2021 at 11:00 am AWST
End Date: 31 October, 2021 at 3:00 pm AWST

Eligible Entrants:
1. Entry is only open to Australia residents who are 18 years and over. 
2. Employees and their families are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. Limited to one (1) entry per transaction over $30 at The Tav Sports Bar or Bottlemart Karratha

How to Enter:
1. Spend $30 or more in one transaction at The Tav Sports Bar or Bottlemart Karratha to receive an entry code
2. Enter the entry code on the "Competition Terminal"
3. Accept the terms and conditions
4. Enter your first and last name, phone number and email address
5. An entry slip will be printed and you must place this slip into the entry prize barrel

Prize Details:
1. Major prize is a Yamaha FX Limited Jetski with FISHSKI accessories valued at $33,000
2. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional bonus prizes over the course of the competition
3. Major prize winner will be selected by random draw from the entry prize barrel at 4pm on October 31, 2021
4. If winner is not present on the day of the draw, they will be notified by telephone
5. The winner has 7 days to collect prize or make alternative arrangements with management otherwise a second draw will be held on a date decided by the Promoter

Additional Information:
1. By entering the competition you permit the Tav Sports Bar & Warlu Way Services to contact you with promotional offers
2. Your personal information will be held securely and will not be given, sold or traded with any third party
3. Multiple entries using the same code will result in disqualification
4. Any person/s attempting to manipulate the competition in any way will be disqualified and prosecuted under relevant law
5. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they do not comply with the above or any liquor licencing laws
