Terms & Conditions:

1. The Tav Sports Bar and its' affiliates reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel or refuse a members card at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate by management.

2. Accumulated points remain active for a maximum of twelve (12 months) from the date of issue.

3 . The Tav Sports Bar and it's affiliates cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either collected at the time of registration as a member or during the course of your membership, either caused by an employee of Warlu Way Services whether in person or via phone or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this service, or for any other technical error, or a combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this service including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of members' contact details. 

4. Points, special offers and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemable for cash. 

5. Members must not provide false or misleading information to The Tav Sports Bar and must not alter, reproduce, disclose or in any way interfere with the details of other members. 

5. The Tav Sports Bar and it's affiliates will not share your information with any third party without consent gained from you in writing.

6. By submitting an application for a membership, you agree to allow The Tav Sports Bar and its' affiliates to use your information to send you offers which may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe from the marketing database at any time using the link provided in every email or text message sent.
